Welcoming Julie Goo
We’re thrilled to announce Julie Goo as the Irish language guest editor for HOWL New Irish Writing 26. Julie Goo is a bilingual poet and writer from Cork City whose work moves through languages, forms, and media. Her writing has been published widely and her debut poetry collection DÁNA was published by Coiscéim in 2021 under the name Julie Field. Julie’s work has reached audiences well beyond the page. HOWL 26 Team Additions
We’re delighted to share some very good news: Molly Twomey and Gunnhildur Jónatansdóttir are joining the HOWL 26 team working on English language poetry and fiction. Both are writers whose work and presence are important to the literary life of Cork, Ireland, and beyond.
