Everyone knows not to judge a book by its cover, but on the other hand we know that the contributors to HOWL deserve a book cover that does justice to the fantastic work contained within the pages. And so, we are excited to reveal what we have been working many long hours and late nights to perfect: the cover to HOWL New Irish Writing '23! We hope you like it as much as we do.
